Use this page to request deletion of your Easy Rent account and the personal data associated with it. We verify the request against your registered email before processing it.
How the deletion request works
1. Send the request
Click the email button above and send a request from the email address tied to your Easy Rent account.
2. Verify ownership
We confirm that the request came from the registered account owner before taking any action.
3. Review what is removed
We remove your profile and linked personal data, including account details and in-app history where permitted.
4. Receive confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once the request has been processed or if we need more information.
What we need
- Your registered Easy Rent email address.
- A short note asking for account and data deletion.
- Any details that help us confirm ownership if needed.
Response time
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within a few business days and process them after verification.
